I am a technology executive, Founder and CEO of Cool Side Computer Systems, scholar-practitioner, and advisor with a career defined by turning complex digital challenges into scalable, ethical, and commercially sustainable outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, emerging technologies, and global digital transformation, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise connectivity.

At Cool Side Computer Systems, I lead the strategic direction and growth of a technology consultancy and solutions provider serving enterprise and public-sector clients across Africa. The organisation focuses on cloud transformation, AI-enabled solutions, cybersecurity, unified communications, and digital infrastructure—helping clients modernise responsibly while aligning technology investments with business outcomes and regulatory realities.

Alongside my entrepreneurial leadership, I currently lead engineering excellence at Signant Health, where I oversee device lifecycle management, SaaS enablement, and global connectivity at scale. In this role, I have delivered measurable impact—achieving significant cost efficiencies, accelerating delivery timelines, and strengthening operational resilience across international markets. My focus extends beyond technology performance to how systems, governance, and people interact to create sustainable value.

I also serve as a Board Advisor at Ziyana, providing strategic guidance on ICT governance, digital growth, and market expansion. This advisory work builds on senior leadership roles at Vodacom, Vodafone, and IDC, where I managed large cloud and enterprise portfolios across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft ecosystems, drove substantial revenue growth, and enabled large-scale unified communications and digital services. Across these roles, I have worked closely with C-suite leaders, regulators, and global partners to translate strategy into execution.

My academic journey complements my professional practice. I hold an MBA and am currently completing a Doctorate at Golden Gate University, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI in leadership and organizational transformation. I am also enrolled in the Chief Executive Officer Programme at Singapore Management University, deepening my perspective on board-level leadership, global strategy, and decision-making in complex and uncertain environments.

I am currently authoring a book on leading in the era of Artificial General Intelligence and autonomous systems, examining how leaders can govern advanced technologies ethically while unlocking innovation, productivity, and long-term societal value—particularly within emerging and African market contexts.
